Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
What if my product is damaged/defective?
Per our protocol all items are inspected and are safely packaged. (we do not hold responsibility if shipment is tossed around by UPS/FEDEX ect.. as we make sure to label package

NOTE:
If you receive your order and it is missing an item and or item is defective for any reason but item is unopened, Please email us at lushes.by.jenniferdiane@gmail.com Please include your name, order number and picture of your damaged/defective order. We will be sure to get back to you within 3-5 business days if not sooner depending on our shipment work flow.

Be sure to include the full name that your order was originally placed under along with order# and attach picture of items (unopened)
Customer: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. (ONLY if item had a discrepancy). Shipping costs are non-refundable. (make sure to ask about discount codes may be applied on future orders. All exchanges/order(s) in question will take the same amount of time to be shipped back. (Unless per special circumstance (We may offer next day shipped back all charges paid by us.) <--- Note: Only if it applies.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
